Your logo, machined in.
We cut your shop logo, team mark, or build name directly into the face of an AWM billet cap. Not printed. Not a sticker. Machined into 6061-T6 and finished with the cap.
How it works
-
Send your artwork
Use the form below. Vector files are cheapest to work with, but we can rebuild from a photo of a decal or a shop sign if that's all you have.
-
We quote the job
You get a fixed price back — art fee plus per-cap rate — usually within one business day. Nothing is charged yet.
-
Approve the render
Once the invoice is paid, we redraw your mark as a toolpath-ready vector and send a render on the actual cap. Two rounds of changes are included.
-
We machine and ship
Caps are cut, deburred, and finished in Texas, then shipped straight to you.
Pricing
Two charges: a one-time art fee to draw and program your logo, then a per-cap engraving rate on top of the cap price. Reorders of a logo we already have on file skip the art fee entirely.
Art & programming — one time
| What you send us | Fee |

| Production vector.ai, .eps, .svg, or .dxf with live outlines | $50 |
| High-resolution raster300 dpi or better, transparent background | $100 |
| Photo or screenshotDecal, shop sign, or social post — we redraw it from scratch | $175 |
Includes two rounds of revisions. Additional rounds are $50 each. Not sure which tier you fall into? Send what you have and we'll tell you.
Engraving — per cap
| Quantity | Added to cap price |
|---|---|
| Single set (4–6 caps) | $25 |
| 10–19 caps | Quoted |
| 20–49 caps | Quoted |
| 50+ caps | Quoted |
Volume rates are quoted per job, since they depend on the artwork and the run size. Dealer pricing on the caps themselves is separate — if you're a shop and haven't set that up yet, mention it in the form.
Estimate your cost
Pick what artwork you have and how many caps you need. This covers engraving only — the caps themselves are priced separately.
What engraves well
A cutter has a finite tip radius. Marks that read fine on a banner can turn to mush at two inches across, so a little planning up front saves a revision round.
- Bold, solid shapes with clear separation between elements
- Single-weight line work — gradients and drop shadows can't be machined
- Text no smaller than about 0.10" tall in the final layout
- Engraving area is roughly 2.0" to 3.5" across depending on cap size
- Very fine serifs, hairlines, and halftones will be simplified — we'll show you how before cutting
Terms
Payment in full. Custom orders are paid up front — art fee and caps together — before any work starts. We don't run deposits on engraved parts.
Art fee is non-refundable once drawing begins. It pays for design time, not for parts, and it stays earned if you cancel the order.
You see it before we cut it. We send a render of your logo on the cap and wait for your approval. Nothing goes on the machine until you sign off.
Minimum order is one set, 4 to 6 caps. Volume pricing starts at 10 and is quoted per job.
Rights. By submitting artwork you confirm you own the mark or are authorized to have it reproduced, and you accept responsibility for that use. We don't engrave third-party logos without written permission from the mark's owner.
Custom work is final sale. Engraved caps can't be restocked or resold, so they aren't returnable except for a defect in our workmanship.
